OES Project
Sarpy County Community Outpatient Clinic (CBOC):
About the Project
On March 9, 2023, ground was broken for the new 55th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) campus, nearly four years after a catastrophic flood inundated the southeastern portion of Offutt Air Force Base with an estimated 720 million gallons of water. The 55th
SFS experienced significant devastation during the flood, which resulted in the total loss of critical facilities, including their headquarters building, combat arms training facility, and military working dog kennels and training area. The new campus, which carries a budget of $68.5 million, aims to reunite the Recon Raiders who have been dispersed across multiple facilities since the flood in March 2019, impacting 614 Air Force, Navy, and civilian security personnel. The new SFS campus will encompass three distinct facilities, exceeding 100,000 square feet. This development will include an Operations Security Control Center, a combined Combat Arms Indoor Firing Range Training and Maintenance facility, a Military Working Dog facility, and a Mobility and Logistics storage area.
OES System Solutions commenced the project, known as OPSEC, in November 2023, with an expected completion date at the end of January 2025. We take pride in our role in providing the Telecommunications Cable Infrastructure for the new Security
Operations Center, Indoor Firing Range, Military Working Dog Kennel, and Logistics Warehouse. This $1.2 million Panduit Certied Project comprised 22 miles of CAT6 Cable, two miles of Future path jetted campus fiber connecting each campus building to
the forthcoming Nuclear Command (NC3) facility project, in addition to the implementation of Audio-Visual Teleconference Systems.
