Centerspace Homes have proudly collaborated with OES System Solutions to implement significant upgrades to their intercom, package room, and clubhouse key systems in both Omaha and Lincoln. Recognizing the limitations of their outdated
telephone intercom systems, Centerspace opted to integrate state-of-the-art video intercom solutions. This advancement modernizes communication within the community and provides residents with mobile connectivity, allowing them to interact seamlessly from their smartphones.

In addition to the intercom enhancements, a sophisticated package room solution was introduced to bolster delivery security. This upgrade ensures that packages are received and stored safely, reducing the risks associated with package theft. Furthermore, the installation of PIN-code key lock boxes has greatly improved the security of physical keys, providing both convenience and protection for residents.

These enhancements are a vital component of a broader capital improvement initiative undertaken by Centerspace Homes. Through this partnership with OES System Solutions, the overall experience for residents has been significantly elevated, offering
